2024 Pricing Updates
Beginning January 1 2024, we will be updating our pricing structure. This adjustment is in response to the MLS's recent decision to raise the maximum number of photos allowed per listing— a change that reflects the growing demand for comprehensive visual representation of properties.
Our decision to raise prices will enable us to uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality media services and attract top talent to our team, ensuring that we continue to provide you with exceptional real estate photography that showcases your listings in the best possible light.
We greatly appreciate your continued support, and we look forward to serving you in 2024.
Additional Information
After maintaining consistent prices for five years, we will be increasing our base price for listing photos to $185.
Additionally, we are introducing three new photo packages comprising of up to 30, 40, and 50 images. We empower agents who are intimately familiar with their properties to choose the package that aligns best with their listings, while our team remains readily available to offer package recommendations when needed.
We are excited to introduce discounted packages, where the more services clients add, the greater the discount they receive. This approach aims to create a more cost-effective and comprehensive solution for our valued clients.
Special Note: The updated changes will not apply to orders booked prior to January 1, 2024, even if the appointment date is after January 1st. If you would like to add more images to an existing order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can add the additional photos/time to your photo shoot.
