VillaPic is hiring freelance photographers as independent contractors. Here's what we're looking for:
- Self-Motivated, Responsible Spirits. You don't have a manager. You have a support system. We're a fast-growing start-up, which means change happens fast, and we must work with only the most reliable and responsible independent contractors.
- Cheerfulness + Respectfulness. Our photographers enter sacred spaces, occasionally during high-stress times. They must be cheerful and respectful. We look for colleagues that possess a profound respect for the unique gifts that make us human.
- Comfort with Deadlines. Timeliness and meeting / exceeding the expectations of our timelines are requirements.
- No Experience Needed. Really. In fact, we're a good fit for budding photographers to hone their skills. You receive training and regular feedback from our editors.
