Meet the Team

Catie Simonsen

Owner/Photographer

Catie is an Interior Photographer— specializing in residential real estate, new construction, hospitality and commercial properties. As a former real estate agent, Catie is able to quickly identify and highlight each property’s unique features.

Catie’s favorite part of Real Estate/Interior Photography is watching the homeowner’s excitement and pride once they see their final photos. Being able to see all of the beautiful and unique homes in Northeast Ohio is definitely a bonus!

Catie lives in Cleveland with her husband, two young children, and Aussie pup, Roscoe. She loves all things interior design, and when she isn’t working she loves to travel — her favorite spot is Railay Beach in Thailand!

Lauren Perreault

Lauren is a documentary photographer based out of Canton, Ohio— specializing in portraits, wedding, commercial and live music photography. With 6+ years of experience, her approach is quiet and journalistic, and her goal is to capture images that accurately portray people, places and events.

Lauren values family, sincerity and spending time with the people she cares about. She enjoys exploring our local parks and going on hikes whenever she has the opportunity. On her days off, she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and fur babies.

Lauren’s favorite aspect of Real Estate Photography is discovering the creativity in each house that she visits. Photographing a place that someone will eventually call home and imagining their family within its walls.

Veronica Hallis

Veronica’s background started in videography— specializing in corporate videos, youtube content and interviews for 4+ years.

Her journey into Interior Photography started by capturing photos of commercial properties for a local construction company. As her love for interior photography grew, she decided to take that passion into the residential real estate market by joining VillaPic. Her favorite part of Real Estate Photography is walking into a home and seeing what unique story it will tell.

When she’s not capturing photos or videos, she enjoys hanging out with family and her dog, Icey— or honing her fashion, home design and writing skills.
